Being recognized…

//Being recognized…

“The goal is personalized pathways where student strengths and interests shape a journey through foundational skills to college and career readiness.”

Tom Vander Ark

Earlier this month, Building 21 was featured on the Getting Smart blog. We are honored and excited that our work is being shared on a national level. With transparency as one of our core values, we decided early on that we would share as much of our work as often as we can–polished or not. We also committed to creating a network of learners (students, teachers, schools, etc.) committed to figuring out how to do school differently…better. We are now a network of eight schools, hundreds of teachers, thousands of students and families. There is also an unknown number of educators that have viewed, downloaded, or adapted our work to meet their needs. If you have been impacted by our openness, please reach out and let us know.

Below you will find a link to our competency framework referenced in the blog post.

Happy Holidays from the Building 21 family.
