The walk-through form is designed to be a tool to quickly provide feedback to a teacher that is aligned to specific instructional goals for the school. Data generated by this form allows school leaders to see trends across all teachers.

This form is meant to provide consistent feedback to teachers and to be separate from a formal teacher evaluation process. Any school leader or teacher can use this tool to provide feedback to any teacher.

This form supports two types of questions: key observations (check mark) and narrative feedback. Our data warehouse supports any number of these types of questions for this tool.

This data is regularly ingested by our data warehouse to provide dashboards for teachers and school leaders.

The form includes a custom script that automatically sends the responses to the teacher when the form is submitted.
